The highlight of this version is the special BMW Individual Frozen Arctic Grey. This exceptionally high-quality, refined paint finish was first used on the BMW X. With the start of production of this version, further selected BMW Individual special paint finishes will be included in the optional equipment program for BMW. X7, BMW X6 and BMW X5.

Limited to 500 pieces

Design details, interior and exterior equipment are precisely matched to give the BMW X7 the status of a collector's item. The BMW X7 Edition Dark Shadow will be produced from August 2020 at BMW's Spartanburg plant in the US in a limited run of approximately 500 units. The model is available worldwide and can be equipped with all engines offered for the BMW X7.

The expressive color scheme of the BMW X7 Edition Dark Shadow is complemented by the BMW Individual High-gloss Shadow Line with extended range. In addition to the side window surrounds, the B- and C-pillar grilles and the exterior mirror bases, the BMW grille surround and grille, the gills and the tailpipes of the exhaust system are finished in chrome. Black. This creates a subtle contrast with the matt-shiny body surfaces, which are further emphasized by the BMW Individual High-gloss Shadow Line roof rails and sun visors. The dynamic character of the SAV is underlined by the aerodynamically optimized exterior elements of the M Sport package, which is also part of this version's equipment range. Another exclusive feature of the BMW X7 Edition Dark Shadow is the 22" M light alloy wheels V-spoke style in Jet Black Matt Jet Black with mixed tyres. The outstanding engine performance is accompanied by the breathtaking sound of the M sports exhaust system.

Combination of sporty character and luxurious atmosphere

A convincing combination of sportiness and luxurious ambience also characterizes the interior, which is available with a choice of six or seven seats. The M leather steering wheel and the BMW Individual equipment, specially developed for the BMW X7 Edition Dark Shadow, stand out for the highest degree of exclusivity. The BMW Individual full Merino leather upholstery with contrast stitching and the BMW Individual Alcantara headlining in Night Blue also contribute to this. In addition to the Frozen Arctic Gray metallic version, available exclusively for the BMW X7 Edition Dark Shadow, additional special BMW Individual paints will be used in the production process at the BMW plant in Spartanburg from August 2020. This means that the extra-high quality Urban Green (non-metallic) and Grigio Telesto metallic (metallic) will also be available for the BMW X7, BMW X6 and BMW X5 in the future.
