Chrysler Pacifica Road Tripper - 2023 Special Edition
As the first company to introduce the minivan, Chrysler has been helping families connect and create memories on the road for over 40 years and six generations of vehicles. To celebrate Chrysler's long history of family reunion, and the Chrysler Pacifica's status as the class-leading road minivan, the manufacturer announced the new Pacifica in a special Road Tripper version late last year.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Road Tripper
The 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Road Tripper has unique features and capabilities that build on the Pacifica's solid foundation as the ultimate family car. Chrysler Pacifica offers over 115 standard and optional safety features that are best in class.
This includes the standard 10.1-inch touchscreen Uconnect 5 infotainment system, Stow 'n Go seating and storage, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and an available Uconnect Theater with Amazon Fire TV. The Chrysler Pacifica is also the most powerful all-wheel drive (AWD) minivan available for petrol models.
The Road Tripper name also has a unique origin story, as Chrysler was once involved in naming this version of the car via social media. The Road Tripper received the most votes in a list of vehicle names proposed in a Chrysler poll published on Instagram and Twitter, among others. Chrysler fans reacted positively online to photos of families using the Pacifica on adventurous rides to their favorite destinations.

Characteristics of the Road Tripper version
The Chrysler Pacifica Road Tripper has its own look, starting with new Luster Gray Road Tripper graphics with a bright orange outline on the front driver and passenger doors.
The 20-inch wheels (18-inch on the hybrid) are also painted in Luster Grey, as are the orange Chrysler logo center caps. Semi-gloss Chrysler Granite Crystal fender badges on the front grille and tailgate are also highlighted by Brilliant Orange center inserts. The semi-gloss granite crystal highlights the front hood and grille moldings, as well as the door moldings, door handles and mirror housings.
Gasoline versions of the Pacifica Road Tripper models offer class-leading towing capacity up to 3,600 pounds with an attached tow bar, giving families the option to take their boats, gear and more on the trip. Pacifica Road Tripper models are also equipped with a roof rack that is compatible with a range of Mopar racks, such as bike racks and luggage racks. The cabin has Mopar all-weather floor mats to help protect the cabin from rain, mud, snow and other road debris.
The 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Road Tripper is available in Pacifica Touring L and Pacifica Touring L Hybrid petrol (3.6L V6) versions with a choice of three exterior colors: Bright White, Gloss Black and Ceramic Grey.
The Road Tripper package is available for the Pacifica Touring L for an MSRP of $2,395, for the Touring L AWD for an MSRP of $2,095, and for the Pacifica Touring L Hybrid for an MSRP of $1,495.
Orders for the 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Road Tripper are slated to open in the first quarter of 2023. The cars should hit dealerships in the spring of 2023, just in time for the start of the tourist season.
