The last supercar of the Italian manufacturer was created in 2004/2005 and it was a limited edition Maserati MC12. Now, almost 15 years later, comes the Maserati MC20. A supercar that combines the elegance typical of the Italian marque with a true high-performance sport. Edo Competition Motorsport is closely associated with the Maserati brand and the Maserati MC12 Corsa in particular.
For the 100th anniversary of the brand, Maserati ordered a special model in a single copy. As a technical development and collaboration partner, Edo Competition was commissioned to complete and homologate this super sports car. However, at the company's headquarters in Ahla, not only orders for special models are processed. The company also processes and repairs exclusive vehicles for international clients.
Maserati's first supercar in 15 years
Is it any wonder that the new Maserati MC20 tops the Edo Competition's wishlist for exclusive enhancements? Everything about the Maserati MC20 is new.
Its main features are low weight: 1470 kg lighter than the lightest Porsche 911. Added to this is an ultra-light, high-tech carbon monocoque and patented Formula 1 technology for a 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine. engine.
Twin turbo with pre-ignition develops 630 hp. at 7500 rpm, and the 8-speed dual clutch transmission accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds. The maximum speed is about 325 km/h.
In collaboration with Capristo Automotive, a new stainless steel rear muffler was created with new milled aluminum tailpipe trim and custom branding. Unprecedented acoustic and visual appeal, because the exhaust pipe diameter is already very impressive - 125 millimeters, but it is the gold anodizing on the bottom that makes the rear view perfect.
Combined with accentuated gold lines, the new ultra-light, high-tech forged wheels are now available in 21" and 22" sizes. The 11-spoke wheels are available in 9.5x21 ET44 and 12x22 ET59. The edo MC20 has everything a super sports car needs.
