Mazda CX-5 2021: new connectivity and improved driving comfort
An upgraded version of the stylish, spacious and dynamic Mazda CX-5 SUV is now available for sale in Russia. The 2021 Mazda CX-5 is offered with new SkyJOY and SkyPRESTIGE versions, which can be upgraded with attractive optional equipment packages, as well as a limited edition celebrating Mazda's 100th anniversary.

The 2021 Mazda CX-5 features an advanced HMI (human machine interface) for greater comfort, confidence and safety, as well as upgraded powertrains and transmissions to improve driving dynamics and reduce CO2 emissions.
The updated Mazda Connect system combines a new, faster and clearer 10.25-inch center display and even more intuitive function control via the HMI multi-function knob with an expanded set of connected services controlled by the latest MyMazda app. New solutions such as remote door locking, a function to help find a car parked in a large parking lot, the ability to send a route with multiple destinations to car navigation, a vehicle health report function for more comfort, peace of mind and complete confidence in vehicle usage, remote dealer contact and service request, roadside assistance and burglar alarm function. The ability to remotely control individual vehicle functions and monitor its condition is another step that brings the Mazda CX-5 closer to comparable models of premium brands.
Transmission improvements contribute to a better, more environmentally friendly driving experience. These include optimization of the accelerator pedal for better vehicle response and handling, improved engine response to the accelerator pedal, improved six-speed automatic transmission response, and reduced CO2 emissions.
Inspired by the R360 Coupé, the brand's first passenger car, the Mazda CX-5 Limited Edition 100th Anniversary Edition features a Pearl White Snowflake White exterior, contrasting with burgundy floor mats and leather seat covers. Mazda 100th Anniversary emblems are featured on the front fenders, wheel hub caps, floor mats, seat headrests and key cover.
Prices for the 2021 Mazda CX-5 start at $118,900. (4 c.u. = 1 USD) for a well-equipped SkyJOY version with a 165 hp 2.0 Skyactiv-G engine. paired with a six-speed manual transmission and front axle drive. The limited edition 100th Anniversary is based on the SkyPRESTIGE version with select elements of the Brown package and a 2.5 Skyactiv-G engine with 194 km and a cost of 183,800 USD. (4 c.u. = 1 USD). All variants of the 2021 Mazda CX-5 are available through concessional financing from Mazda Finance for individuals and businesses.
Launched in 2012, the Mazda CX-5 was the brand's first model to combine KODO styling with Skyactiv technology. It set new standards in performance, redefining how attractive a compact SUV can be. Subsequent updates and refinements to every aspect of the car have made the CX-5 the most important model in the lineup, accounting for approximately 35% of the company's annual sales. To date, 490,870 copies have been sold in Europe and only about 3,190,000 units in 130 countries. Globally, the CX-5 remains Mazda's best-selling model (data as of November 2020).
