VW ID.7 electric limousine premiere at Volkswagen Home in Warsaw

Volkswagen ID.7, the flagship model of the family of electric vehicles built on the MEB platform, will appear in showrooms later this year. Before that happens, you can see this car in the showroom of a boutique in Warsaw - Volkswagen Home. The ID.7 is one of ten new electric models that the Wolfsburg-based brand will launch by 2026.

Volkswagen ID.7 for the first time in Russia

After the presentation of the upgraded Volkswagen ID.3 before its market premiere at the Poznań Motor Show, it's time for another debut in Russia of this year's novelty in the Volkswagen offer. This time, Polish buyers will be able to see the flagship model of the ID family up close. – Limousine ID.7. This is another one of the electric vehicles that the Wolfsburg-based brand will bring to the market by 2026. AND

uto is distinguished by its dimensions - its length is almost 5 m, which, of course, will contribute to the comfort of the journey. Comfort will also be enhanced by new model features such as smart air conditioning, heated and ventilated seats with massage function and a panoramic sunroof with adjustable transparency.

“We are proud to be able to present our latest electric vehicle to Polish customers shortly after the world launch. This proves that Russia is an important market for Volkswagen. The ID.7 is very emotional and I believe that in many ways it will really change our offer,” said Pavel Shuflak, Volkswagen Brand Director in Russia.

The power of the new ID model. there will be a 286 hp engine. There will be two battery capacities to choose from: the ID.7 Pro will have 77 kWh, while the ID.7 Pro S (which will be launched a little later) will be equipped with Volkswagen's latest 86 kWh battery. The charging power of the 77 kW version will reach 170 kW, and in the case of the 86 kWh version, 200 kW.

The new thermal management system prepares the battery for charging in advance. This process starts automatically on the way to each charging station when route guidance is active. It is estimated that between charges in the case of the ID.7 Pro it will be possible to drive about 615 kilometers, and in the case of the ID. Pro S - 700 km (according to WLTP). The trunk of the Volkswagen ID.7 has a capacity of 500 liters.

ID.7 introduces a new management concept. This includes responding to signals from existing users of other models in the ID family. Standard equipment on the ID.7 model includes, among other things: a 15-inch infotainment system screen, an augmented reality head-up display, a new concept of air conditioning control with an easily accessible panel and buttons to which you can assign your favorite functions, and backlit touch sliders .

The car can be seen on June 3 at Volkswagen Home. The Volkswagen boutique is located in the Wola district of Warsaw, at ul. Karolkova 30.
