Toyota GR Supra with new 2.0 engine goes on sale
A new version of the Toyota GR Supra with a 2-liter four-cylinder engine with 258 hp will debut on the Polish market. It will join the 340bhp 3.0-litre R6 engine that went on sale last year.

The Toyota GR Supra is the first global model developed by the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing team, which represents the brand in international motorsports. The car debuted at the 2019 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, and in the middle of last year, the first cars were handed over to customers. The GR Supra is a two-seater coupe with golden proportions, perfect front-rear weight distribution and excellent driving performance. Initially, the car was available with a 3-liter turbocharged engine with 340 hp. The 2-litre model is now available for sale starting at $209,900. (4 c.u. = 1 USD).
Rich equipment as standard
The dynamic design of the GR Supra is accentuated by LED headlights and taillights, sculpted bodywork and 18-inch alloy wheels. Inside, there is a digital clock, Alcantara sports seats with heated leather inserts and adjustable lumbar support, and an 8.8-inch color touchscreen multimedia system with Bluetooth, voice recognition, navigation and Toyota Supra Connect. The touch screen displays the image from the rear view camera with dynamic guide lines. Standard equipment includes dual-zone air conditioning, variable ratio power steering, eCall, cruise control and the Toyota Safety Sense active safety package. It includes Early Collision Warning System (PCS) with Pedestrian and Cyclist Detection, Lane Departure Warning (LDA) with Back to Line (SC), Traffic Sign Recognition (RSA) and Adaptive High Beams (AHB) .
GR Supra Fuji Speedway
Toyota GR Supra limited edition Fuji Speedway gets a stylish package and systems that support sports driving. The vehicle in the colors of Toyota Gazoo Racing combines metallic white paintwork with matt black 19-inch forged wheels and red-painted mirrors. Inside, the instrument panel has carbon fiber inserts, while the seats are upholstered in black and red Alcantara. The standard pedals have been replaced with aluminum ones. This coupe version also gets a sporty active differential, adaptive suspension and sport brakes.
The name of the limited edition emphasizes how important the legendary Japanese race track Fuji Speedway played in the development of the model. Toyota seeks to test its models on it due to its high degree of difficulty and the role it has played in the history of Japanese and international motorsports. Near the highway, also at the foot of Mount Fuji, is the Higashi-Fuji Technical Center, Toyota's research and development center.
New engine 2.0
The new 2.0-liter engine has four in-line cylinders, a twin-scroll turbocharger and is mated to an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission. This kit delivers true sports car performance and an incredible driving experience. The maximum power is 258 hp. (190 kW), and the maximum torque is 400 Nm. This allows it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.2 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 km/h. CO2 emissions range between 168-172 g/km (WLTP standard).
