Hyundai Motor introduces the i30 N Drive-N, an exclusive special edition of the Hyundai i30 N and Hyundai i30 Fastback N high-performance models. This unique version of the new i30 N offers a familiar sporty driving experience as well as a distinctive look. and interior.

Production began in the last week of April and a limited number of vehicles are planned to be built - 620 units are reserved for Hyundai Motor Europe and the remaining 180 units will go to Hyundai Motor Company Australia.
To develop the limited version of the i30 N Drive-N, Hyundai has redesigned the current i30 N using market feedback, media reviews and inspiration from N-thugs, a community of Hyundai N fans who love to modify their cars. The Exclusive Edition is available in two body styles - hatchback or fastback - and in two body colors - Phantom Black Pearl and the new Serenity White Pearl. The limited edition i30 N Drive-N is also available with a manual transmission or Hyundai's eight-speed N DCT dual-clutch transmission for even sportier driving.
The i30 N Drive-N Limited Edition comes standard with the performance package. In addition to producing 280 hp, the engine also allows it to develop evenly, reach maximum power at lower rpm and generate higher torque, which allows the engine to be used in everyday driving situations. As with the new i30 N, the N DCT version of the i30 N Drive-N offers the driver three performance-enhancing features for even sportier driving: N Power Shift, N Grin Shift and N Track Sense Shift. Using the N Grin Shift (NGS) button, the car will “boost” an additional 10 hp. for 20 seconds.
New exclusive style
The exterior and interior of the i30 N Drive-N Limited Edition have been carried over from the new i30 N for the same driving pleasure but in a more exclusive version. The body is equipped with 19-inch forged alloy wheels in matte dark brown; black Hyundai logos; special veneers on the side, front and rear of the car; two matte dark brown Drive-N logos on the fenders. Drive-N badges also include GPS coordinates for the N models' headquarters, Hyundai Motor Europe's test facility at the Nürburgring in Germany. Hyundai sports cars have been developed, tested and refined at the Nürburgring-Nordschleife since 2011.
Inside each block there is a plate with a unique number, showing its number from a limited number of 800 units. Inside, instead of leather, Alcantara with red stitching is used for the steering wheel trim, gear lever, armrest and handbrake. All interior accents are in red. This includes the front and rear seat belts, the N buttons on the steering wheel, and the new design of the N Light seat inserts and seams. The i30 N Drive-N Limited Edition also features special floor mats with a special logo. The i30 N Drive-N is also fully equipped, including a rear brace, glass roof and an extensive list of Hyundai Smart Sense active safety features.
In addition to the safety systems that come standard with the i30 N, the manual transmission version of the i30 N Drive-N also features Blind Spot Monitor (BCW) and Cross Traffic Warning (RCCW). On the other hand, N DCT transmission models also offer Blind Spot Assist (BCA) and Cross Traffic Alert (RCCA). For greater comfort and convenience, N-thusiast drivers can also take advantage of a heated steering wheel, a large 10.25-inch touchscreen and a wireless charger.
