Mercedes-AMG SL 63 4MATIC+ Motorsport Collector's Edition
Mercedes-AMG is introducing a special version of the SL 63 4MATIC+ roadster to mark the end of last year's Formula 1 season. Its appearance is inspired by the design of the Mercedes-AMG F1 W13 E PERFORMANCE car. A race car that competes in the top class of motorsport, among other things, inspired the gradation of metallic paint shades, from high-tech silver to obsidian black.

Other references are the star pattern on the sides of the car and the contrasting PETRONAS color accents on the front bumper, side skirts and rear diffuser. The latter is matched by 21-inch AMG forged wheels with ten double-spoke design and a matte black finish. The fabric of the electric soft top is also finished in classic black.
The AMG Aerodynamics package not only adds to the visual appeal: Larger air ducts in the front and rear bumpers, a more massive rear diffuser and an active underbody profile improve the SL's aerodynamic performance, as well as its downforce and drag characteristics. All this contributes to even better handling at high speeds, as well as increased efficiency.
The design of the Motorsport Collectors Edition is complemented by the AMG Night and AMG Night II packages. The first includes a range of high-gloss black exterior elements: a front spoiler, side skirts, exterior mirror caps and rear diffuser trim panels, as well as tinted exhaust tips. The AMG Night Package II completes them with smoke chrome accessories such as a radiator grille, typography and a Mercedes star at the rear. In addition, the internal modules of the headlights and taillights are darkened. The black-painted brake calipers of the AMG high-performance composite braking system match the color concept. The special status of this version is underlined by the silver cap of the fuel tank with "AMG" lettering.
The standard AMG Performance seats are available with two upholstery options: black nappa leather and MICROCUT microfibre with red stitching or a combination of black nappa leather and MICROCUT microfibre with yellow stitching. In both cases, the head restraints are adorned with an embossed AMG logo. AMG carbon fiber trim elements are combined with an AMG Performance steering wheel with carbon fiber rim and heated function.
The richly equipped Special Edition comes as standard with, among other things: the high-quality Burmester® 3D surround sound system, ambient lighting, MBUX interior assistant, driving assistance package and head-up display. Driving on the race track is supported by the AMG TRACK PACE app, which offers the driver a comprehensive analysis of driving parameters. The luggage compartment package enhances everyday practicality, while the AMG door sill plates greet passengers with the illuminated logo of the iconic brand from Affalterbach.
To effectively protect your valuable vehicle, the SL is equipped with the GUARD 360° package. In addition, each customer receives a personalized AMG car cover with a decorative logo for indoor use. With a breathable, tear-resistant synthetic fabric outer shell and an anti-static flannel inner layer, it protects your garage car from dust and scratches.
