The new Nissan Qashqai is already available for real inspection
Just a few days after the world premiere, the new Nissan Qashqai arrived in Russia. A display of this versatile crossover will be used for product training before the latest model hits showrooms.

Design
The same, but slightly larger. The silhouette of the third edition of the Nissan Qashqai, which almost fourteen years ago created a completely new segment of passenger cars, leaves no doubt. The London tailor kept the interesting and elegant body line, but gave it a modern look. A more muscular figure was emphasized, among other things, by prominent wheel arches with impressive 20-inch wheels, a longer wheelbase and an enlarged front air intake with the brand's characteristic V-shaped pattern. In fact, the new Qashqai has grown very little. The wheelbase has increased by 20 mm, the length of the car has increased by 35 mm, the height by 25 mm and the width by another 32 mm, making the car look even better on the road.
The cabin of the new Nissan Qashqai is illuminated with a soothing white light that gives it prestige and creates a unique comfort zone in the spacious interior. The traditional instrument panel has been replaced on higher trim levels with a multifunctional 12.3-inch TFT screen that the driver can customize to their liking. It offers many ways to view information from the navigation system, entertainment, traffic data and vehicle status from the convenient handle on the steering wheel. It is complemented by an additional 10.8-inch HUD (Head-Up Display) screen, which provides the largest image size in this segment.
Innovative electrified drive
As a pioneer in environmentally friendly vehicles, Nissan is consistently achieving its goal of having 50 % vehicles in Europe electrified by 2024. its sale. Therefore, the new generation Qashqai will be available in the base version with the 1.3 DIG-T petrol engine known from the previous model, but with mild hybrid technology. The unit has been improved and meets the latest requirements of Euro 6d Final, and as many as 50 elements of its design have been redesigned. The mild hybrid powertrain will be available in two versions - 140 hp. and 158 hp - with a 6-speed manual transmission or the new Xtronic transmission.
In 2022, the Qashqai will also receive a new European debut, the e-POWER powertrain, in which the wheels are driven solely by an electric motor, and the internal combustion engine is used only to generate electricity and recharge the battery. This is a unique solution that guarantees a driving experience on the 100 %. electric, i.e. very dynamic and smooth acceleration.

The NissanConnect Advanced Infotainment System is a digital interface for navigation, information, entertainment and vehicle settings that is compatible with both Android Auto® and Apple CarPlay® (including wireless). The system is enhanced with a number of new features such as internal Wi-Fi for up to seven devices*. Some vehicle functions can also be controlled remotely from the NissanConnect Services app on your smartphone.
The new Qashqai features an advanced ProPILOT system with Navi-Link. System on automatically adjusts the vehicle's speed in response to changing road conditions, such as changing the speed limit or approaching a tighter curve. ProPILOT reads traffic signs and uses navigation data automatically, without driver intervention.
Moreover, the system interacts with sensors that control the zone, the so-called. blind area. Appropriate steering correction helps to prevent a lane change maneuver if a vehicle is in the blind spot. Thanks to the optimized alert function of the moving object detection system, the new Qashqai can also intervene to prevent a rear collision from a parking space by activating the brake system and stopping the car when it detects a nearby moving obstacle.
