Mitsubishi D:X CONCEPT makes its world premiere at the Japan Mobility Show 2023.
Mitsubishi Motors Corporation has chosen the Japan Mobility Show 2023 for the world premiere of the electrified Mitsubishi D:X Concept MPV crossover. In addition, a prototype of the new Triton/L200 pickup truck debuted in Japan, which is scheduled to enter the Japanese market in early 2024.

The Mitsubishi D:X Concept takes the Delica's spacious interior and high levels of safety and takes them into the future, offering an extremely spacious interior and body that provides occupant protection. They were designed in accordance with the concept of “Maximum space and safety for humans, maximum off-road capabilities without restrictions.”
The character of the Delica is expressed by the graphics on the side windows, which extend from the front of the cabin to the D-pillar and on the massive D-pillar. Spaciousness is also ensured by the windshield, which curves from the bottom to the bonnet.
Large fenders and large tires give a feeling of strength, while front and rear skid plates and side steps guarantee excellent ride quality and a safe and confident driving experience, even in difficult road conditions.
The Dynamic Shield front fascia concept, which demonstrates high performance and safety for both occupants and vehicle, has been further enhanced to protect the interior with an integrated shield that extends to the sides and connects to a plate under the bumper for added protection.
Projection laser headlights are part of the distinctive T-shaped lights that extend to the sides, visually widening the silhouette at the front. The extremely efficient headlights allow the driver to accurately assess the road conditions in front of the vehicle, creating a calming atmosphere while driving even on narrow roads.
The body color is a luxurious copper, inspired by glamping style, with a new semi-gloss texture that emphasizes the high quality.

The spacious interior of the monobox provides enough space for all passengers. Swiveling panoramic seats that move up and down and a windshield that flows into a transparent hood providing an open and wide field of vision create a suspended cabin that offers an experience never seen before.
